I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations (see below for details)
Contact me within 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase. Once shipped it falls under the return policy. There will be a wait for USPS to deliver the product to you and shipping time back to me.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Buyer must notify me within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date. We must BOTH agree to the return. Product must be unworn, unwashed and not damaged in any way.
I have a NO RETURN policy on custom made items. These items are specially made for you and can not be returned.
You have 2 days (48 hours) from the time of purchase to cancel the order for a full refund. If you need to cancel and the 2 days has expired please contact me for help. Once shipped it falls under the return policy and there will be postal delivery time to you and back to me to consider.
Original shipping cost to the customer will not be refunded. Customer pays for the return shipping back to me.
Arrive Damaged From Shipping:
