About My Order

Q: Can I send my order to a P.O. Box address?

A: We can deliver to P.O. Box addresses except for military addresses (APO/FPO). We ship USPS.

Q: How long does it take my order to arrive?

A: Most orders are shipped within two weeks. Some items will take longer to ship, and this will always be noted on the item’s page. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number the morning after your package ships. Please visit our Shipping page for details on our shipping rates and policies.

Q: What qualifies as a “business day?”

A: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Shipments are not delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Q: Although I selected 2-day or next day shipping, I didn’t receive my package on Saturday or Sunday as I expected. Why?

A: Shipments are not delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We do our best to ship all in-stock orders placed by 1 pm Pacific Time (PT) within 3 days we receive them. However, we ask to allow five full business days for your order to be processed. Also, please note that our carriers deliver on business days, Monday through Friday, not including US holidays, Saturday or Sunday. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.

Q: Can I cancel or make changes to the items in my order?

A: Since we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible, we can only cancel or change orders that are on back-order or pre-order status and the supplies to make the item hasn’t been ordered.

If you change your mind about an order and we are unable to cancel it for you, you can either refuse the package upon delivery attempt or ship the unopened package back to us. We do not pay for return shipping. Please contact us to request the cancellation of a backorder or pre-order item.

Q: Who pays for Return Shipping?

A: The customer pays for the return shipping.

Q: How secure is my order?

A: We use the latest SSL encryption methods ensuring that your personal information is transmitted to us in a safe and secure manner.

Q: May I order by phone?

A: No! We only accept orders through our online store.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?

A: We use PayPal. PayPal does not require you to have an account in order to pay for an item from our store. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Money orders, personal checks or company checks are NOT accepted. PayPal retains your credit card information so we never see your credit card information.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: You are charged when you place your order or pre-order. We charge pre-orders when the pre-order is placed to avoid two common problems: 1) the initial credit card or PayPal authorization for the purchase expires before the product ships, and/or 2) the credit card or PayPal account is closed between the time the pre-order is placed and the time the pre-order ships.

Q: I don’t have a credit card. Can I order by mail with a money order?

A: We apologize, but we don’t accept money orders, personal checks, or company checks. If you don’t have a credit card or debit card, you can pay with PayPal, and set up PayPal to withdraw money directly from your bank account (please visit the PayPal site for details).

Q: What currency are the prices in Mischyfpaws.com?

A: The prices displayed in the store are in US dollars. If you would like to know the conversion of the prices into other currencies, we suggest an online resource like www.xe.com for current exchange rates. The rate you are charged should be close to this rate, though it may not match exactly. The exchange rate is determined by your credit card company at the time the order is authorized.
